About Me

I am a graduate of National Holistic Institute, A College of Massage Therapy in Sacramento, CA. I have over 1350 hours of massage education. 900 hours in the core program and 450 hours of NMT and Medical Massage.

I love to help people feel better. I know what it is like to be in pain as I was in 2 major car accidents when I was younger. Injuries tend to follow you for a long time and can cause all kinds of issues that we are unaware of. Stress can be another factor that can make our bodies feel out of sorts and in pain. I am well rounded as a Massage Therapist. I can provide Relaxation for Stress Relief or I can do Deep Tissue and NMT/Medical Massage for those trouble spots.
